Description and updates of the research I am conducting at the University of Bern, Switzerland. I use in vivo electrophysiology in mice to study sleep and chronic pain. To conduct this project, I have acquired experience in building microimplants, performing small rodent surgery, acquiring and processing electrophysiological data and writing code for the analysis of neural time series. I use Intan for data acquisition and Python to conduct the analysis.
